Abstract

Postpartum anxiety in mothers can negatively impact the baby, the mother's own mental health, and the marital relationship. According to several studies that have been conducted, symptoms of severe depression tend to develop in postpartum blues. More than 20% of women who suffer from postpartum blues experience symptoms of severe depression within the first year after giving birth.
